Plug in the camera and power it up.
Audio Box
Plug in the Blackmagic Audio box behind Livestream monitors.

  • Password: gcbc2020
OBS
  1. Open icon labeled Church Livestream located at the top of desktop.
  2. Go to Scene at the bottom left corner of OBS and click on Sunday Morning Livestream
  3. If video does not show in the Preview window on the left side of OBS, check to make sure that the Full Overhead has the eyeball highlighted. If not, click on it. If there is another slide showing, click on the eyeball to deselect it. If you still do not see video from the camera, restart the computer.
  4. If video is showing, OBS is ready for livestreaming.
Turn On The Slideshow For The Foyer
  1. Go to Scene at the bottom left corner of OBS and click on Sunday Morning Livestream

Open Subsplash Dashboard
  1. Use this as a guide. SCRIBE
  2. Open Chrome, by clicking on the Chrome logo on the bottom tool bar of the desktop. Click on the profile, GCBC Media. If it asks to verify account, the username is media@gcbcchurch.org password is Grace5313!
  3. Chrome will open on the middle monitor.
  4. Open the folder on the top toolbar named Subsplash.
  5. Select Subsplash Dashboard.
  6. The dashboard will open to log in screen. Credentials should be saved there. Just click on Login or Sign In. If not, these are the username and password:
  • Username: media@gcbcchurch.org
  • Password: Grace5313!
  1. Once SubSplash Dashboard opens, click on Media on the left menu.
  2. Then Live.
  3. Click on the first Upcoming Live Stream at the top of the window.
  4. Verify the schedule. It should be the date of the service, times (10:12am-11:45am)
  5. Check the Syndication. FaceBook and YouTube should say On.
  6. Everything else will be good.
  7. Scroll down to Description and paste the following in that block (you can also go to a previous sermon and copy the description):

  1. Scroll back to the top, and click Save.

Sermon Notes
  1. When pastor gets in, get his sermon notes.
  2. Put the Sermon Title in Title under Basic Info
  3. Scroll down to Scripture and type in the name of the book, a list will appear. Click on the name of the book.
  4. A list of chapter numbers will appear, click on the chapter.
  5. A list of verse numbers will appear, click on the starting verse number, then the ending verse number.
  6. Hit Enter.
  7. Save
Canva
  1. Open Canva from the taskbar icon.
  2. When Canva opens, there should be four tabs already open:
  • Title Slide
    • Click on the title of the sermon, then double click on it, paste in the Sermon Title. 
    • Click on the scripture, then double click, type in the Scripture. 
    • Change name of pastor, if a different pastor is preaching.
    • In top right corner of Canva window, click on Share, then Download. 
    • Change File Type to PNG. Click on Download. 
    • File Window will open to Downloads, click Save. 
    • Then click Yes on next window.
  • Title Slide (1024 x 1024 px)
    • Click on the title of the sermon, then double click on it, paste in the Sermon Title. 
    • Click on the scripture, then double click, type in the Scripture. 
    • Change name of pastor, if a different pastor is preaching.
    • In top right corner of Canva window, click on Share, then Download. 
    • Change File Type to PNG. Click on Download. 
    • File Window will open to Downloads, click Save. 
    • Then click Yes on next window.
  • Sermon Title
    • Click on the title of the sermon, then double click on it, paste in the Sermon Title. 
    • Click on the scripture, then double click, type in the Scripture. 
    • In top right corner of Canva window, click on Share, then Download. 
    • Change File Type to PNG. 
    • Be sure to click on Transparent Background.
    • Click on Download. 
    • File Window will open to Downloads, click Save. 
    • Then click Yes on next window.
  • Scripture Reading Lower Third
    • Type in the Bible Reading Scripture
    • In top right corner of Canva window, click on Share, then Download. 
    • Change File Type to PNG. 
    • Be sure to click on Transparent Background.
    • Click on Download. 
    • File Window will open to Downloads, click Save. 
    • Then click Yes on next window.
Graphics In Subsplash
  1. Go back to Subsplash Dashboard.
  2. On the right side of the screen, under Artwork place the graphics in.
  • The first one is for the Title Slide (1024 x 1024 px) graphic.
    • Click on the first icon titled Square.
    • Click on Upload Image on next window.
    • Click on the file named Title Slide (1024 x 1024 px).png in the Downloads folder.
    • Then click Apply.
  • Click on the second icon titled Wide.
    • Click on Upload Image on next window.
    • Click on the file named Title Slide.png in the Downloads folder.
    • Then click Apply.
  1. Scroll to top and click Save.
