Sheila Garcia

Sheila (aka SHE GAR) is the owner and founder of the creative and event services business, Life As She Does It, a collaboration of writing, speaking, cooking, and singing.

She is a partner in everything to her husband, Adrian, proud mom of three adult children and their spouses, and SheShe of two grand littles.

She knows the challenges of life lived with the dark times that can hit us all. Her passion (obsession) for helping others all over the world find joy and peace amid life’s complications has become part of her own joy.
