God Of Hope
In this powerful message, we're reminded of the three tenses of salvation: past, present, and future. We've been saved by Christ's sacrifice, we're being saved through ongoing sanctification, and we will be saved in our ultimate glorification. The sermon draws deeply from Romans 5:1-5, emphasizing that we have peace with God through Jesus and can rejoice in the hope of God's glory. As believers, we're called to put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6), recognizing that our battle is spiritual. This armor includes truth, righteousness, peace, faith, and salvation - all centered on Christ. We're encouraged to see ourselves as God sees us: being transformed into Christ's image, just as a skilled craftsman can see a beautiful carving within a simple seed. This message challenges us to live in the light of our future hope, trusting in God's promises even amidst life's trials.
