Devotional: The church is not a building or an event—it is the living body of Christ, unified by one Spirit. Just as your physical body has many parts working together, God has designed His church with diverse gifts and personalities, all essential to His purpose. When we isolate ourselves—meeting God only in solitude—we miss the beauty of corporate worship and mutual encouragement. The deer stand and the bass boat are wonderful places to encounter God, but they cannot replace the gathered assembly of believers. Today, consider how you've been engaging with the body of Christ. Are you fully connected, or are you living as a detached member? God calls us into community because we need each other. Your gifts are needed, and you need the gifts of others.
